Anthony did a variety of electrical work at some of our rental properties, and will be doing a few other non-electrical projects as well. He was timely, did quality work, and was reasonably priced. I would definitely use Ladson in the future.
House inspection required that the gas line be bonded/grounded to the house electrical system. I hired Mr. Long and he came and did the work the next day (Sunday morning). He understood the housing code and what was required to meet that code. I would hire Mr. Long again for any electrical projects I may have in the future.
Pat is your no fuss kind of contractor. He knows how to do the job, gives a fair quote, and sticks to it. No issues with surprise increases on price as the job unfolded, and no Upper Arlington price bump either. Would recommend for anyone looking to tackle a remodel project.
Mike was very professional and arrived on time. He did an amazing job painting our living room and bathrooms. He also did a great job repairing some water damage we had on the ceiling and walls. He was very efficient and easy to work with. He even offered to help fix our two bathroom doors that were not fitting correctly in the door frame and kept sticking. I was amazed how clean everything was once he left! My husband and I have worked with several contractors and handymen in the past and I can honestly say I have never worked with someone as good as Mike. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends that live in the area and hire him for future jobs. I’m so happy we have found a good handyman we can trust.
Neal was a very nice man. Came out to do the job promptly and fixed an issue that two other contractors could not do. Thanks Neal!
On Monday May 17, 2015, I contacted Mr. Phelps directly form a sheet on him through Menards out of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. I had purchased the ceiling fans from Menards and his sheet was given to me to contact to have them installed. This is the first time I have had Mr. Phelps do any work at my home, but I want to say from now on I will use him in the future for all of my house electrical jobs. He was extremely professional, on time and very knowledgeable about the work he performed. His total cost he charged me was very low and way below what most other electrician's would have charged me. He ensured when he completed the work, he cleaned everything. I highly recommend Mr. Phelps for any electrical work anyone may have. Please post this info on Thumbtack as I would really appreciate it.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Jake was prompt, efficient and the best contractor I could have hired. I researched a few companies and definitely glad I made the decision to partner with Jake. Thank you so much for everything and anything I need going forward, I won’t call anyone else.
I put out a request for contractors to review a balcony renovation and to bid on the first phase of removing all the wood tongue and groove ceiling on all 3 balconies (approx 1000 sq ft) Xclusive Home was the first to respond with availability as well as informing me that there is a no cost evaluation to obtain an estimate. Mr. Collier arrived on time, was extremely courteous and professional, took his time to review and analyze the balconies and after spending approximately 45 minutes explaining what he saw and how best to move forward, substantiated that he has the knowledge and skill in his field. After 3 additional contractor reviews, Xclusive Home offered the most competitive bid and was awarded the job. I highly recommend Mr. Collier and his team.
We were tired of an unreliable cheap looking white plastic wireless doorbell a previous owner had installed years ago, so I'm so glad we met Weston who hardwired a brand new vintage weathered bronze tasteful cast metal doorbell assembly and chime I provided (via eBay) for our 1920 home in German Village. Meticulously drilled through 8" of 2 solid bricks, then plaster and lathe. Hid the low voltage wiring behind door casing he removed and expertly reinstalled. All I had to do was re-caulk and touch up paint, which was my choice to save time and money with that.. The end result was we are extremely pleased and recommend him for any type of handyman job one could need. Weston is reliable, resourceful, and very hardworking. Reasonable money well-spent. Doorbell looks as though it was there for generations. Thanks, Weston!
