- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 for the first hour and $60 for every hour after. Depending on the project level I will instead charge on a per item basis such as mounting a large tv above a fireplace or hanging curtain rods >10ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss what needs to be done. Go over what the client's expectations are. Negotiate a fair price. Schedule a time and date. Provide prompt responsiveness. Complete the job to the customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Navy electrician for 12 years, and have always had an interest in fixing things on my own. I've taught myself just about everything. I love tackling a new project and challenging many varied set of skills.
