- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you would like a price list of the packages I offer, I will be more than happy to send them over at your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what they're looking for in a photo and how I can achieve their goals. Usually, I will ask this followed with the number of photos kept from the session. At this point, I will send them over package options which will offer savings compared to purchasing individuals photos from me. All photos given to the customer are accompanied by my photo release used for printing images at your desired photo lab. We'll nail down all the logistics beforehand so that we can get to the fun part of shooting!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology is constantly changing. Every year, cameras and lenses are equipped with more significant and advanced features — software is being upgraded to benefit the photographer and the amount of time it takes to process images. As much money has already been invested in my equipment, I still find myself upgrading to stay on top of my profession and meet the needs of my clients.
