Nathan guided me through multiple smaller issues I was having with plumbing. Worked on one of them, gave me advice for a few more. He clearly laid out my options, cost, and gave me information that I could use to make my decision, or even troubleshoot on my own. This is exactly the kind of pro I was hoping to find. Critical Plumbing will he my first call going forward
