I am pleased with the cleaning experience. We did a walk-through at the beginning and a walk-through at the end. She came in after I had extensive remodeling and did a good job freshening it up, getting rid of the dust, and making it look like a home again!

Details: 3 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • Post-construction cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • No pets in home • Once a month

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sarah M. Definitely worth the price! The entire experience felt very upscale and professional from start to finish. The team went above and beyond, even providing new sponges, a toilet brush, and a paper towel roll. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding, communication was great, and every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend BTI Clean and will absolutely be using them again

The team is always professional, friendly, and very thorough without making us feel rushed at all. Communication was great from start to finish and pricing was very fair for the amount of work completed. It’s hard finding a cleaning company that genuinely cares about the quality of their work, you can tell talia the owner is amazing with detail. Been a long time client for years, Highly recommend BTI Clean to anyone looking for reliable, detailed cleaning services in Northeast Ohio there new system of levels is extremely efficient in my opinion

BTI Clean was awesome  Extremely knowledgeable on products and overall care throughout the service. Me and my wife booked a Level Two deep clean, and our bathroom had stubborn hard water stains that we couldn’t get rid of for the longest time. They came right in, completely removed the buildup, and even recommended/provided some of the product for personal use moving forward  Fast, professional, and the level of detail was honestly amazing for the time given, Highly recommend BTI Clean
