Two strong men arrived to remove the heavy couch and other old furniture from my basement. They carried everything upstairs and were very careful in how they maneuvered around tight door openings not to scratch anything. I appreciated that they worked quickly and were very polite. I had some old furniture that needed to be removed. The pieces were quite large and very heavy. I hired Mike to remove some furniture from my daughters apartment. He was able to fit her into his schedule within a few days. Because of horrible weather that day he was running a little behind schedule. Not only did he inform my daughter of this, but he also let me know, which I appreciated. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our standard pricing is based on how much of our LARGE BOX TRUCK, that you fill up. We it quantified into quarter loads, each being about 1.5 standard pick up trucks worth of space, making a full load about 6 pick up trucks worth of space! Equal to about a 20yd dumpster, which is almost double the price of our service. And we come with arms and legs, unlike an ugly dumpster that goes right to the landfill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Finding out your needs, determining the proper process to deal with the mess during the cleanup and espcially afterwards. We then give you the best price in the area. We did our homework, and WE ARE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE service, without comprising ANY quality of service. We leave the job, and it feels like nothing even was in your way. You do not lift a finger, unless you are pointing at what you want GONE!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a business management degree, and I have been in the industry since I was 16 years old in 2008.
