FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. • Upfront, flat-rate pricing (we price by the job, not by the hour), so you know the cost before work starts. • No extra fees for overtime or trip/travel. • Emergency visits: we don’t add “night/weekend/holiday” overtime fees. • If an inspection/diagnosis is needed, we explain it upfront. In many cases, diagnostics are free if you choose us to complete the repair we identify. • Optional membership: our preventative plumbing plan is $99/year and can include perks like no service call fee, priority scheduling, a free annual plumbing evaluation, and member-only discounts. • Financing is available for larger repairs/replacements (terms vary by location). Bottom line: you’ll get clear options, clear pricing, and you choose what fits your home and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy and low-stress: 1) Quick intake & scheduling You tell us what’s going on (symptoms, photos if possible, any urgency). We schedule a time that fits your day, including same-day when available. 2) On-site evaluation & diagnosis We arrive, inspect the problem, and use professional tools when needed (ex: camera inspections, leak detection, hydro-jetting). We focus on the root cause, not quick patches. 3) Options + upfront pricing We explain what we found in plain English and provide repair options with upfront, flat-rate pricing. 4) Professional repair/install We complete the work cleanly and carefully. No shortcuts. We keep you updated along the way. 5) Testing, cleanup, and walkthrough We verify everything is working, review what was done, and share maintenance tips to help prevent repeat issues. 6) Preventative recommendations (optional) If it makes sense, we’ll suggest preventative steps like an annual plumbing evaluation, membership perks, or monthly drain maintenance to help avoid future clogs/odors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of licensed plumbing professionals (where required) with hands-on experience in both residential and commercial plumbing and drain work. We’re trained to: • Diagnose issues accurately (including video/camera inspections when needed) • Clear drains properly using professional equipment (including hydro-jetting, not harsh chemical shortcuts) • Repair/replace key systems like water heaters, sewer lines, water lines, fixtures, and more • Follow current safety practices and building code requirements on installs and repairs We also invest in ongoing training so our technicians stay sharp, safe, and up-to-date on modern methods and equipment.
