Dan was the 3rd respondent to my request for quotes to pressure wash the back of my house, and he was the 2nd of the 3 to visit. He was the cheapest but still promised a quality job. We agreed for the upcoming Saturday. That day, it was very cold so we agreed for him to visit the following Monday or Tuesday. He did not call on Monday so I called him Tuesday afternoon. He said he was on his way but never showed up. He finally came on Wednesday and arrived with an old, inferior pressure washer that was not doing the job. He said his good washer was locked in his garage and he couldn't get in so he had a locksmith working to get into the garage. After offering to go to Home Depot to rent one, I said he could just come back when he got to his own. He left then never contacted me again nor showed up at a later date, nor did he respond to my attempt to get back with him.

Dan assembled a piece of furniture for me. He was prompt in answering to my service needs and just as prompt in making it to my home to do the assembly.
