Not only did he repair an existing problem, but found one that was caused by a poor repair by another technician. (Didn't charge extra, either) He really tries to keep the cost of repairs down and doesn't "UPSELL" like many other repair places. What a great experience.

Our laptop's DC port went bad. We took it to a local computer shop which we had used before, and they wanted more than we could afford to pay for the repair. I got on Thumbtack and found Tom. He quoted us almost half the price of the shop! He took very good care of us and we will use him in the future, for sure.

My desktop had been constantly powering on and off by itself after about 15-20 minutes of activity. I thought it was overheating, so I bought a can of air to blow it out. This was a temporary fix, but then it started to happen again. I gave up, and just "tossed" my computer to the side. Fast forward.... Cordell took a look at it and determined that it had viruses. I was taken by surprise because how does a new computer get viruses that bad?!? Cordell cleaned up my system and added virus protection. Now my baby is like new again!!

My iPhone 5 speaker stopped working and I went to my phone carrier (Verizon) to see what my options were. They told the only way I could fix my phone was to purchase a new one. My contract was not up yet and I could not get an upgrade and I didn't want to spend $200 for a new phone. I decided to take my talents elsewhere and other outlets were trying to sell me a new phone or trying to get me to spend outrageous amounts of money to get my phone fixed. I turned elsewhere and contacted Anto Rados. I asked for his helped and he found the part online (from a reliable website) for cheap. I spent $20 dollars including shipping for the part. He was able to fix my phone in no time once I had the part. My phone has worked perfectly with no problems since he made the repair. I saved myself a lot of money by contacting Anto Rados. If you need your phone fixed and you don't feel like spending money on a new phone, I'd contacted him.
