I needed a new dryer and was aware the vent needed work. I reached out to Happy Dryer on a Saturday night not expecting to hear back right then but got a response within a few minutes! They were able to get me on the schedule soon after my new dryer was to arrive. Igor ensured the vent was cleaned and explained the problem with the existing cover and replaced it. He also built a rigid duct for the dryer. He tested the output of the airflow and the results are outstanding! Igor is an absolute professional with tremendous knowledge and great skill. He was also kind enough to provide an idea on how to fix an issue I have with my washing machine drainage setup. Outstanding in every way! Thank you!
