My last lawn service left me with a mess, and yes over this Memorial Day Weekend. I had been with them for 3 years. Over time their work got sloppy, the scheduling was all over the place, billing was submitted for payment at the end of the season and I consistently had to keep track of the weeks we got service because I was over billed. I got the Thumbtack App, and searched for lawn service. Alex, immediately replied back, answered my questions, and was out at 9am, as promised on Monday morning which was also Memorial Day. We were able to meet, assess the mess I had be left with fork the holiday weekend, and discuss my expectations. Alex and his crew mate had a mess to deal with and I felt bad, but after they left my husband and I walked our yard and we are impressed. Anything would look better than what we had, but it was the time and detail they put in. I know it was the 1st time, but so far, so good! I will write a follow up review for future and potential clients.

Kevin has been great to work with so far. He has been responsive to my calls and emails, and came out quickly to quote the work. During the quote, Kevin didn't try to upsell me on additional services - he let me know what he thought was in good shape, and what he recommended I do to spruce up the yard, even if it meant hiring someone else. Once I signed on with Kevin for the season, he came out promptly to mow and edge the yard. Let's just say that on that first mow, Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty to make certain that the yard looked great. So far, I've been very impressed with his services. I'd definitely recommend letting Kevin quote your project.
