Edward and his brother from Mauler Mowing arrive each week on time and do a fabulous job with our lawn. They are prompt, professional and always blow away the clippings leaving a very neat and professional job. I found them through the Love Lawn app and am happy that I did. The technology allows me to communicate with Ed's mowing team, pay my invoice and even leave comments and suggestions. I am pleased and would recommend Edward highly. Michael W. in Powell, Ohio

I will be honest. The scheduling was great and I did have someone schedule me very quickly. The problem is that my yard can be challenging and needs to have more than a push mower. Someone came out on Wednesday with two push mowers. I specially had said that the clippings needed to be taken away but they were left on the yard. He did come out the next day and I spoke to him saying that push mowers were not good. He acknowledged that but he left the clippings on the yard. He also didn’t let me know he was coming back. I work from home and saw him in the back yard from my Ring camera. That is when I spoke to him. I did now request a new pro who I think will be able to handle it They are very responsive

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every yard is different, and your quote should reflect that. Our pricing considers your yard's size, condition, and the services you need. We'll provide an upfront quote so you know what to expect before booking. Looking for regular lawn care? Recurring service discounts may be available to help you keep your yard looking its best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting to know your yard and what matters to you. Tell us about your lawn, any special preferences, and the care you're looking for. We'll provide an upfront quote and help match you with a vetted pro. You'll receive reminders before your visit, and if you ever need a hand, our team is here to help. Our goal is to make sure you feel taken care of from the very first visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with vetted lawn care professionals who bring hands-on experience caring for different types of yards. Each pro's background and training may vary, but our commitment stays the same: thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a willingness to listen. We're always learning from customer feedback to make the experience better.
