Don was very professional and skilled. He responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to start my floors within a couple of days. Don and his partner worked with few breaks and cleaned up after. The floors look amazing!! We bought our house that had carpet over oak floors. I’m so glad that we uncovered them and had Jenkins Custom Hardwood Floors refinish them! We couldn’t be happier!!

Fantastic experience with Jenkins Custom Hardwood Floors. They were able to work us in very quickly to their schedule and did excellent work. Great value compared to some other quotes we received for our floor refinishing project. Don also provided help thinking through the best finish for the floor based on condition of the floors, room size, and other factors. Amazing work done by Don and his team! I couldn’t be happier with my floors. I needed my floors sanded and stained rather quickly and he was able to come the next day after his consultation. After receiving multiple quotes, Don’s pricing was beyond affordable. I can’t recommend his team enough. They worked fast but provided quality results. On top of it all Don was extremely personable and was able to answer all our questions. He’ll be back for future projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Jenkins Custom Hardwood Floors we like to come out to the home and run estimates in person. I can say a standard sand and finish starts at $3.00 a square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers here at Jenkins Custom Hardwood Floors, we first and foremost want to get to know our customer, find out exactly what the customer is looking for. We offer to sample stains, and of course display our pervious work with our new customers so they can get a look on our finished product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of experience finishing, and staining custom colors and floors. Also introducing The Second Generation of Craftsman here at Jenkins Custom Hardwood Floors.
