- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering project details: What, where, when, etc. The more details the better. Photos of the area also assist in getting accurate quotes. Once I have all the info needed I will respond with an estimate and availability.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent favorite project is the fireplace makeover where we tiled over the existing brick and painted mantle. It transformed the space into a sleek modern look that didn’t break the bank!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When shopping pros, rely on reviews and photos of the pro’s work. Ask direct questions about their experience with the type of work you’re in need of or even ask for relevant photos so you can see their workmanship before hiring.
