I started training with Nate over a year and a half ago and came to him with personal fitness goals that were difficult and one’s with very high aspirations. Nate was able to quickly focus my training on restoring and rebuilding my strength, and then create a personal training program to fit my specific needs and abilities. He ensures that I perform exercises with good form prior to advancing and has developed a combination of weight training, boxing, and cardio that not only challenges me but is fun and motivating. More importantly, Nate’s approach is holistic, focusing on mind, body and spirit, which makes him stand apart from many other trainers. He is very dedicated, genuine and supportive. Nate has helped me gain confidence not only in physical appearance, but an overall confidence to take on any challenge that comes my way. I would recommend Nate to anyone ready to make a committment to a positive lifestyle change!

My journey with Nate began over a year and a half ago. I came to him overweight and not surprisingly really out of shape. I remember the first day training with him and the utter soreness I felt for a week after. At that point, most people would have walked away, their goal unrealized. Having Nate there pushing me to be better and encouraging me to continue the journey even when I didn't want to has brought me over 80 lbs slimmer and 10 times more conditioned. He rotates the workouts in a way that ensures they never become boring or routine. He personalizes each session to each specific clients needs, whether they are to lose weight, tone the muscle they already have or build muscle. Although every day were training I tell him how much I hate him, he has become a friend and confidant and I know I would not be where I am today without his support and guidance. I have not yet reached my end goal but I know that with his help, I will someday get there - and so can you!

Nate is an innovative trainer in that he personalizes his training to fit his client's needs and fitness level. He is motivating and thoughtful in his approach to training and overall goals. In a month I have seen significant improvements in my body; Nate continues to evaluate and change my workouts for continuous growth. I would highly recommmend Nate for not only his fitness expertise but for his ability to extrinsically motivate.

Nate is the best personal trainer I've ever used. I've been training with him for over a year and have seen a dramatic change in my overall fitness level and physique. He motivates me and keeps my on target for achieving my goals, putting up with my occasional whining. His techniques are innovative and focused on whole body health and fitness. I'd recommend Nate to anyone seeking to improve their level of fitness! He is the beast master. :)

My wife and I have have been training with Nate for almost 1.5 years. I have lost 35 lbs. and dropped 2 pant sizes. Nate has put together a program for us that continually pushes us while helping us meet those short term goals. We highly recommend Nate!

    I coach/motivate my clients to reach their fitness goals, whether it is weight loss, toning, strength and mass building or just better overall fitness. I do this by showing them proper form, rep range, and the amount time and weight that should be used to perform an exercise. The most valuable thing I offer is lifestyle coaching, because health and fitness isn't only what you do in the studio/gym it is also how live your life and how you view yourself as a person!
