FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We highly encourage contacting us via phone before setting up any service. This allows us to become acquainted with you. At this time we will be able to discuss, in depth, the issues that you are experiencing. When choosing a program we want to ensure that you choose the option that will be most suited to you and your canine companion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our comprehensive team of trainers have a long list of credentials pertaining, exclusively, to animal behavior. We have worked in zoo's, shelters/ rescues, boarding & grooming facilities, 4-H youth groups, and much more. We are not just dedicated to the educations of our clients, but also to ourselves as well. We continue to attend several seminars a year to continue to further our education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Dog training is a passion and livelihood for us, not a secondary career! Like most passionate trainers this career started at a young age. We have participated in 4-H (K-9 Obedience Project), S.A.R. (Search and Rescue), A.W.D.A Certification events (American Working Dog Association), Indianapolis Zoo youth education volunteer program, foster & rehabilitation of countless rescue dogs, endless seminars, expositions, and much more.
