- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on the complexity of the return. Standard Federal, State and City starts at $75.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is a meet and greet when they drop of the tax documents needed to prepare the return. We will look over the documents to make sure we have everything we need. We guarantee your return to be completed in under 7 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified tax prepares in the state of Ohio. We have completed multiple tax class and seminars on various tax topics. We complete ongoing continued education.
