FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No price is set in stone. If you have a certain budget that you are looking to maintain. Let's communicate and see if we can work within that budget. Our contracts are pretty simple. You will know the bottom dollar and if we go over time we will inform you of the fee before we proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off let's talk. Communications is the key to having a great working relationship. When you hire someone you want to make sure that they are correct fit for the job. Hiring on price alone can put you in a tough situation. I have done over 500 events in the last couple years. My experience has been that not all photography companies are created equal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background was business management out of Ohio State University. But I always had the passion for photography. So in 2010 I decided to change careers by going back to school at Cuyahoga Community College. There I began studying Photography, Graphic Design, Studio and Wedding Photography.
