I am different from most agents. I don't list your home. I assist you in every aspect of buying and selling. It isn't all about the marketing of your home either. The negotiating process is as important if not more important then putting pictures on one website. In today's market you need to do more creative marketing and you must be a full time agent with a proven track record of sales. My job as a real estate agent is very rewarding. I have seen the tears of joy in my customers and clients. From the smiles on children's faces as they jump and run excited to pick out their new bedrooms to the tears of elderly sellers remembering those years before now saying goodbye to the memories they now are leaving behind. I feel like I become a part of your family allowed to share in the life experience.

Sandy became our realtor because I had called her about a piece of land she had listed for sale in Chesterland. We instantly clicked over the phone and then she became our realtor. She showed us about 30 houses and she was always patient with us through the whole process of us being very particular about what we wanted. She came to every appointment no matter how last minute it was. When we found the home of our dreams she walked us through the entire process from start to finish flawlessly.
