I purchased wrong brackets for mounting the TV on wall. My installer was patient, detail oriented, patient and explained what he would need to do for installation to be successful. Frequently asked for my preference and only made suggestions if asked for. I believe he stayed longer to insure all was done satisfactory and everything worked well. Very pleasant easy to talk with, making sure that I new how to operate my new TV's. He respect my home prior to starting the project he returned to his vehicle to put on shoe covers. That was very respectful in my book. My home is my castle. I will request or refer his service again.

Thomas the Task Titan came on time with the tools to install my wall mounted TV. He is personable and did an excellent job walking me patiently through all the steps to get everything working. Prior to his visit he advised me on best value TVs and the correct wall mounted for my installation. I have been experiencing back spasms and he kindly did all the lifting and unpacking as well as cleaning up all packing materials. He even carried in an unrelated Amazon delivery for me. While chatting with him I learned he is a general handyman and could do a small plumbing installation for me which was incredibly helpful. I will definitely be using his services again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with my customers. I want to know their vision and how I can be a part of it. I try to communicate my work from start to finish and any problems I run into.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in IT. Most of my handyman training comes from on the job experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born to do this, lol. I have at least 4 generations of builders in my lineage so it really comes naturally. I have always been asked to help or build something and I love helping people. I started full time two years ago.
