Contacted them to mount a TV in my home. Normally I would do it, however I have no experience with plaster walls and encountered difficulties. Thomas came outsame day I reached out to them, late in the evening I'd add, and got the TV mounted. Very professional, courteous, responsive, and thorough. Would hire again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with my customers. I want to know their vision and how I can be a part of it. I try to communicate my work from start to finish and any problems I run into.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in IT. Most of my handyman training comes from on the job experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born to do this, lol. I have at least 4 generations of builders in my lineage so it really comes naturally. I have always been asked to help or build something and I love helping people. I started full time two years ago.
