- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fixed rate, negotiated with the customer in advance. I take 10% up front for most jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preferably the customer will direct message me as trying to communicate through the site can slow things down. Most jobs I can get to within 3 days. Estimates are free, but again, when we set a date I take 10% up front and expect the customer to respect my time and not ask to reschedule. I have other customers to get to and a team to keep busy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6+ years with concrete work. Two years interior painting. I originally worked for the family business ( Armbruster excavation and construction). Spent two years as a painter for Godby Interior Painting. Self-employed for over four years now. Most of the jobs I do are either interior painting or concrete repair. I have also done commercial drywall installation.
