Introduction: SLTY, Inc. has been operating since February 2004 to the present as a network or system administrator in Springfield, Ohio. We have worked on several contracts to migrate PC/workstation from XP to Windows7, including their documents, exchange client/email and network storage printers. We are responsible for performing user hardware/software support on desktops and network devices. We schedule Windows and virus auto updates to keep the enterprise network secure from any virus problems. We perform on-site installation of Windows servers. Duties also included building email and network accounts users, network monitoring, and troubleshooting for problems. We are also responsible in installing software (Microsoft Windows XP Professional) for PC workstations. We install and maintain completed wired and wireless networks and network printers on enterprise-level network for clients. We have configured, installed and maintained a Joomla website (version 1.5) for a nonprofit youth organization for the last six years.
