Tim responded to my thumbtack right away showed up to look at what my husband needed done, came today and repaired the cracks and hole in our plaster ceiling and we are extremely happy with Tim's work, we plan on hiring him again, extremely pleased, Thank you Tim

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour, I do require a %50 deposit to start a project to cover materials and partial labor, I do offer a cash discount and I also take credit cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will discuss the project looking to be done, I will meet with the customer to look at and plan the project, we discuss a schedule of how the project will come and I send a estimate of the cost of the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up always helping my uncle with his business as a young kid.
