- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the size of the job, prices can vary from .15 to .30 a square ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On larger jobs I like toget a good idea on what we are about to tackle , stain types , smells and other damage and wear issues. Just so we are ready to make another happy customer and hopefully friend in business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has been in the business for quite some time. My brother formed speedy clean 15 yrs ago. I did lots of side work and managed crews before starting Manzo's Commercial cleaning . We handled all commercial accts.but hired out all of our carpet contracts. And this is why I formed Carpet Care Xtraordinaire!
