- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the formalities of the quote are completed I welcome the opportunity to meet with the couple inquiring. I enjoy meeting couples, and getting to know them. I am a personable person and I feel that you should be comfortable and like the photographer you will be working with (seeing as how you are spending most of the day together). Should you decide to book you would be required to sign a contract and place a non refundable deposit of $200. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event. Upon 30 days to the event we will go over all the final details of the event including time schedule, shot list, and any last minute details/requests. Open communication is encouraged from the time a quote is given to well after the event. I am available by phone, text, and email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in photography and a minor in applied imaging systems.
