- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost plus contracts are where we provide our customer with invoice of all materials purchased at my cost with no markup. Our daily labor rate based on what type of work we are doing, then we add 15% at the end of the job for overhead and profit. Keep in mind that by giving you my price on materials, we are saving you 10 to 25% on materials that we buy. thus the 15% overhead and profit is basically a wash.
