FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm offering flat-rate engagements. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call with a screen share of your problem (if appropriate). Instead of using my 30-years of experience to chase work of all types, I'd rather focus on problems I am certain I can quickly and successfully solve so we can both move on to the next opportunity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first job, in the 1980s, was selling Atari Home Computers and teaching BASIC. I was 14 years old. I've been working with SQL, Access, ACT!, GoldMine, and various other software since 1995. I've also managed a variety of marketing consulting projects (see LinkedIn) since that time. My degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Major: Interpersonal & Public Communication, Specialty: Hospitality Management, Minor: Industrial/Organizational Psychology). I'm a man of varied talents.
