Just had our main sewer line cleared. Rich did a great job and provided a lot of useful information. As we only have a clean out in the basement, he kept the mess localized and cleaned up after he was done. Overall a great experience.

Came right out the same day I called very pleasant on the phone. Chance was very knowledgeable and unplugged my sewer backup Pronto! Great people would highly recommend!

Very professional service. We had a double sink clogged over a holiday weekend. Technician arrived at 8am and had the plumbing cleared, sinks reassembled and checked quickly. Very satisfied. We use Rotor Rooter seasonally for our sump pump as well. Always a pleasant experience!

Very pleased with the service I received to open a plugged kitchen sink. The staff on the phone were pleasant and helpful in setting up the appointment and keeping me informed. Rory, the technician, was punctual, kind, courteous, and quickly got the job done. He was helpful in giving pointers as to how to prevent clogs in the future. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and will use them for any future plumbing issues.
