The tech arrived at the beginning of the four hour window, which I appreciated and explained what he could do. Hopefully, from the drain cleanout in the basement I won't need to contact a waterproofing company. The tech even said for his own peace of mind, he would call me that evening or the next morning to make sure the water had all drained from basement.

The tech was not able to solve the problem with my toilet seat. The moment he came down, the toilet upstairs started causing the same initial problem again. Tech said he cant do anything else but still charged me for the whole labour. I understand time given but service was not complete so atleast I should not have been charged full amount. My family also said that the tech was not easy to work with and he was using chatGPT at times to seek guidance.
