Great job. We had an emergency with no heating in middle of winter storm. JB tech came within 2 hours and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate him for the job well done and helping a young family who were in difficulty die to severe cold weather and no heating.

Justin came on time he assessed the problem, which was my dryer was not heating. We went over what I had tried already. He cleaned out the whole dryer all the lint. He tested all the wires. Found out it was the heating element thermostat. No one in town had the part so we ended up getting it thru my daughters prime account. It came in the next day, I called him when it got hot here, he came right over even though it was after 5 and installed. He cleaned up all his mess & tested to make sure it was working. He is an honest hard working gentleman.

Justin was very knowledgeable about helping us fix the grout and dry wall that was affected as a result of moisture exposure in our downstairs bathroom. Truly, this man went above and beyond to check and treat the affected area for water and mold damage (even hopping into our dusty/small crawl space to double check just to be sure). Impeccable detail to attention, patient, and thorough. Would hire again in a heartbeat for any home repair needs!
