Ron and his assistant did a great job of taking apart a headboard and footboard that required a drill. Together they moved multiple items downstairs for me. They are polite and very responsive to my messages. The price was fair for the work completed. I would definitely hire again if there becomes a need.

Ron was great. He ended up doing a lot of things for me. I moved in with a family member who was in the hospital for two months. He installed rails on the stairs, shower handle bar and a new shower head with hand held shower. After that he also replaced outlets and updated the exhaust fans in two of the bathrooms. He helped me source the correct ones too. I will hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To ensure all parties involved are indeed dedicated to a project, I do require clients to either provide materials or reimburse me for any materials prior to the commencement of labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will collect all pertinent information so I can provide an accurate estimate. After the terms are determined I will begin the work, keeping you up to date all the way through completion of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years of on the job experience. As far as formal training goes, my high-school years were spent in metals and 2 years in a 3-4hr a day appliance repair block.
