We've been working with Serenity Cleaning for almost two years and they have been amazing! I hired them to take care of my Mom's home after she had surgery. Having never worked with a cleaning company before, I had no idea what to expect.
I contacted Serenity and 3 other companies. One company kept telling me their schedule was full, maybe next month, the other 2 made appointments with me and 1 no showed and never called or returned my text, and the third wanted a ridiculous price and was going to need to be there for a whole day each week.
But in between, I met with Tyler from Serenity Cleaning. In my frazzled state, I felt at ease knowing that even things I forgot to mention like the sky lights & vents dusted, baseboards wiped off or the microwave cleaned out were all going to be handled.
I'm so grateful to Serenity, Tyler and Erica for all of their help and assistance. I planned on being a short-term customer but my Mom loved their cleaning and teams so much that we decided to continue the service.
Each week a team shows up with their own Serenity cleaning product, and tools. They are professional and courteous. A team member asks my Mom if there is anything extra on the list they have that needs to be done for the week, like the guest bedroom, while another team member starts on the master bathroom. Time is clearly valued to Serenity.
I recommend Serenity Cleaning to anyone that is looking for a cleaning team that is thorough, courteous, professional & follows through. I'm so glad I called them and have gotten back time and a lot of peace of mind and my Mom's home is left spotless and sparkling.

It's been the best decision we've ever made to have Serenity Cleaning clean for us on a bi-weekly basis! There's nothing better than walking into a perfectly clean, sparkling, fresh home. It's been so good for my mental health as a young mother. Could not recommend them more! They communicate really quickly and effectively and provide what they promise - Serenity!
