First the lady I spoke to, to set up my appointment was very polite and accommodating. We had multiple calls and she always got back to me when she said she would. Now for the move. Tim and his crew of 2 other guys were very professional and took great care of my stuff. My apt was on the third floor and I had some large furniture to move. The stairwell was narrow so it wasn't easy to maneuver. They handled it easily. They wrapped all my stuff in these heavy blankets and saran wrap so it wouldn't get damaged. They also took multiple pieces to the dumpster and a couple pieces had to be disassembled to move and Tim knocked that out with no problem. They loaded my stuff in a 18ft trailer so they have plenty of space for whatever you have. They were quick and efficient. ( Mind you it was pouring rain during this move) They didn't complain at all about that. After loading up everything they transported it to my new location. (house) Tim made sure to park his extended cab truck with 18ft trailer in a good spot to not block any other driveway or the road. Him and crew brought all my stuff in the house which most had to go either upstairs or the basement. They unpacked all the coverings and set up everything. (also still raining by the way) I had a dresser that weighed over 100lbs that was sitting in the living room and they moved that upstairs into a bed room for me. They knocked all this out in around 2 hours. I couldn't be happier with this service and I highly recommend Tim and his crew to whoever needs their services.

I had an old couch & some buildup of cardboard moving boxes to dispose of, and Prosperity Removal took care of it for me in just a few minutes. They were right on time, and quick to load up the items. Their price was very fair & they were very kind. I would highly recommend Prosperity Removal, and I will definitely be a returning client! They were absolutely amazing they had everything wrapped up in a little over 4 hours. Both loading and unloading were done and I moved to an apartment on the 3rd floor. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for anyone trying to move.
