Moons Painting did a really nice job installing the molding in my kitchen. He kept me informed and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing the whole time. The price was more than fair for the job.
Kent was super responsive and communicative from the get go. We wanted to add crown molding and bead board details to our kitchen cupboards along with some simple quarter round in another small room, and Kent and Dave were so detail-oriented the entire project. Plus, they were super friendly and a pleasure to spend the day with. My husband likes to watch and learn from professionals and they both were more than willing to let him do so and even taught him along the way. We'll be hiring Kent again in the future and feel lucky to have found him.
Did a great job with the kitchen tile installation. Completed the job just as they promised and went the extra mile to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Would use them in the future for other projects.
John is very nice and respectful, and was extremely diligent in completing our work in spite of several design changes along the way…
P & G Contracting recently did a basement remodel for us. We had done a lot of research on what we wanted, and had several proposals before going with Phil and his crew. He had built our deck last summer, and re-shingled our roof after the hail storm so we knew what his quality would be. Our basement was not a simple put up some 2x4s, drywall and a paint job. It required some extra imagination to re-route some plumbing, put in a multi-level stairwell, and improved our heating and cooling. We also converted our egress window into a sturdy brick and cement exit including a bilco door. Phil is very considerate to the work site, and treats it like it is his own house. We are very pleased.
I had an awesome experience with George. He is the best designer in Ann Arbor. He is very responsive to any special requests and is very good in his job. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the best quality in the fastest amount of time.
The interior designer at Script Interiors is very creative, precise, and dedicated to her work. It was a pleasure having her design my home.
Dave came several times. The first time he fixed the wiring on a whirlpool tub and got it working again. The second time he installed a ceiling fan/light in our kitchen. The third time he caulked/grouted in our bathrooms. Did a great job on all three tasks and came within a few days for all.
They showed up on time, and remodeled my Kitchen better then I could have Imagined!
R.A.C. has executed several projects for me both at my own house and at the homes of design clients. The owner Rob Clark is responsive to all communication in a timely manner, is prompt and reliable when showing up to work, puts in a hard days work every day, and is excellent at his craft. I would highly recommend him.
I was recommended to use his services through a family friend as we were in the middle of a whole house remodel on an old farm house. He took essentially a blank canvas for our kitchen and designed it without a blueprint. He exceeded our expectations with the breakfast bar and the kitchen is where the majority of our visitors hang out now because of the wonderful functionality. He willing to work around my family. I would recommend for any type of job and look forward to working with him in the future.
MM3 has been an amazing carpenter to work with. We had him do trim work around our kitchen, mudroom and bath. Our home is very old; therefore nothing was straight or level. He did an exceptional job working with the “charm” and made things look as if things were straight. The trim looks fantastic. MM3 also came back a couple weeks after to finish our fireplace mantle. Again, we are very happy with the finished product. MM3 worked with our schedule, showed up to the jobs on time, and finished the jobs in respectable time. I would highly recommend MM3 for any finished carpenter work!
I like to decorate my home myself, but I wanted some professional advice/suggestions. Lisa was flexible and willing to provide only the services I needed, which was not the impression I felt from other interior designers I had previously contacted. Her prices were much more reasonable than other designers, which helped me take the leap and hire a professional. She helped me choose wall paint for several rooms. Every color suggestion she gave me was spot on! I wasn't sure about the living room color she chose, but it turned out be exactly what I wanted! It compliments the existing colors in adjacent rooms and really brightened up a dark living room. I'd been wanting to paint my old, outdated and dark fireplace, but didn't have the nerve until Lisa gave me the ok! She chose the color and once again, it was a home run! I can't wait to finish decorating above the mantle and painting the backs of the bookcases that flank the sides of the fireplace. She gave me a great little sketch to get me going. I will work on that this summer. I would have never had the nerve to paint my office/family room black without her advice. My neighbor (who is super cool and always on trend) liked it so much, she called me a week later to ask if I would mind if she copied the look! (I should also add that it's not a straight black, so you might want talk to Lisa before you go out and buy black paint!) I liked working with Lisa because she listened to what I wanted. If I wrinkled my nose at something, she knew exactly when to go in another direction or to explain her thinking, which was always right on! I will be spending the next few months following through with some of her other suggestions (curtains,...) and can't wait to invite her back to give me some more. I would also like to have her help me design a stunning foyer when my budget allows and I get the time to strip 1980's wallpaper! Thanks Lisa, for helping me pull things together! I also appreciate the fact that you've been willing to work with me at my pace. I'm looking forward to working with you again soon!
I really enjoyed working with Exterior Qualities Home Improvement. They built a wrap around covered porch on my house, and they also did some interior wall removal work on my home. I was impressed with the professionalism of the sales person, Mike. I also was impressed they delivered my quote when they said they would. We were impressed with the quality of the work. Gary and his team of workers were polite, respectful, and worked cleanly. I would recommend this company to others. (The photo is after the walls were removed between my living room and kitchen).
Russell came to replace our kitchen faucet. He was prompt and efficient. No complaints.
I have a master's degree in art and interior design block. I paint murals and faux finishing, and I collaborate with home interior designers. I have artworks designed to the customer's taste. I have traveled to Italy where I studied fresco painting. I have been in business for 30 years.
I offer architectural design services, prepare construction drawings, and do residential and commercial interior design.
I have been a licensed building contractor since 1997. I enjoy doing the design and finish on jobs. I strive to use my creativity to do something unique and inspiring for people. I pay close attention to detail, and I make sure my work is top of the line. The longer that I have been in business, the better I have become at my craft. Not only do I produce a fine-finished product, but I can do it in a very efficient, time-saving way. My philosophy is, "Do more than is expected of me, so that there will be room for me in the future." The number one thing I have learned in my business is how to make clients happy, because at the end of the day, that's all that really matters for a small business.

I am a self-taught interior designer currently enrolled in design school. Because I work for myself, I will be a much more cost-effective designer than a professional working for a large company. You will see when we meet that I know my stuff! I am passionate about my work and take pride in what I design. I will provide a personal portfolio to show you the work I've done in the past. I will get the job done in a timely manner and more often than not under budget!
As a design professional, I take the time to build a relationship with each client so I can understand their needs and best select a new design plan for their home or office.
