I’ve had a really good experience with Firman & Roe and wanted to take a minute to recognize them.
I recently needed some work done on one of my vehicles, and I also had a small lawn mower engine that needed repaired. It’s not always easy finding a place you trust to work on your stuff, especially when you’re dealing with two completely different types of repairs, but they took care of both for me.
The communication was great, they were straightforward about what needed to be done, and I never felt like I was being pushed into repairs I didn’t need. They took the time to actually diagnose the problems and get everything taken care of the right way.
What stood out to me the most was simply how easy they were to deal with. Good service, good people, and quality work. Whether it’s vehicle work or something smaller like a lawn mower engine, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring something back to Firman & Roe.
