- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a local cable company doing tech support. I would get calls from people saying they just had their PC fixed at a retail store and were having issues with their internet service. I would remote into their machine to take a look and see that nothing that the repair shop should have done was actually done. I hear, o they cleaned up my computer for me and I paid them $200 dollars, and I was thinking wow they ripped you off. I felt people were getting taken advantage of so I decided to start my own business and repair as well as educate and gain the trust of my customers.

Computer clean ups, virus removal, computer reformat,hardware replacement and repair, networking, webdesign and graphic design projects.
