The house did not smell or look clean. It smelled like wet carpet without any cleaner used. I had to point out very obvious dirt in all different areas of the house. He didn't tell the truth about what he did. He's either very inexperienced or does not care about the quality of his work.

We are sorry that you feel like that. We take pride in what we do and your carpet was very soiled and needs replaced. And the house was very dirty never seen so much dirt in the window seals. We have no reason to be dishonest we are a business and have nothing to hide. You are our first negative compliant we have received since we have been in business in the 2012.
