- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is affordable and always applied toward the repair cost if you choose to fix the appliance. I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking about the problem and the appliance model. When I arrive, I perform a full diagnostic and explain the issue in simple terms. I always provide a fair estimate before doing any repair, and I carry many parts with me to finish the job in one visit whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained directly by my father, who is a highly experienced technician. I also continuously study new appliances, wiring diagrams, and repair techniques to stay up to date. Hands-on experience repairing hundreds of appliances has given me strong diagnostic and repair skills.
