- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I run a rewards program from time to time. Say you have install a bedroom of carpet. Then have me come back and install another room. Then you could Potentially get a third room installed for free. And we also do a referral program. You plus the person you referred us to can get up to 30% off your next installation. Refer us enough and you could be putting money back into your pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well a customer will call and set up a time or date for me to come out and measure. I can bring flooring samples if needed. But I give an estimate. If customer Goes with my bid. Then we would order the materials and step up a date for installation. It’s a very simple process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well you don’t have to have any kind of special license to do flooring. But some types of flooring Require you to be certified to install it. (Which is a day class) but I have 15 years experience in all types of flooring
