FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is always to get results and create effective video, and that looks different for everyone. We will find pricing based on your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start with an initial consultation to get to know you and your vision for your wedding day. This can be in person, over the phone, or via video call, whichever is most convenient for you. During this consultation, we'll discuss your wedding date, venue, style preferences, and any specific moments or details you want to ensure are captured in your wedding film. Customized Proposal: Based on our discussion, we'll create a customized proposal tailored to your needs and preferences. This will outline the services we offer, including different package options, pricing, and any additional add-ons you may be interested in. Our goal is to provide you with options that fit your budget while ensuring you receive the quality and coverage you desire for your wedding day. Booking and Contract: Once you've had a chance to review the proposal and decide on the package that works best for you, we'll proceed with booking your wedding date. We'll provide you with a contract outlining the agreed-upon services, terms, and payment schedule. Once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is received, your wedding date is officially reserved on our calendar. Pre-Wedding Planning Session: Leading up to your wedding day, we'll schedule a planning session to finalize the logistics and details. We'll discuss your timeline, shot list, special requests, and any specific moments or traditions unique to your wedding that you want to make sure we capture. Wedding Day Coverage: On the big day, our team will arrive early to set up equipment and ensure everything is ready to go. We'll be there to capture all the special moments, from the excitement of getting ready to the emotional exchange of vows, the joy of the reception, and everything in between. Our goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible while still capturing all the important moments and details of your day. Post-Production Process: After the wedding, we'll carefully review and select the best footage to include in your wedding film. Our editing team will then work their magic to create a cinematic masterpiece that tells the story of your day in a beautiful and captivating way. We'll add music, incorporate any special effects or enhancements, and ensure that the final product reflects the style and vibe of your wedding. Delivery of Final Product: Once your wedding film is complete, we'll deliver it to you in the format of your choice. Whether you prefer digital download, USB drive, or DVD/Blu-ray, we'll make sure you receive your wedding film in a way that's convenient for you. We want you to be thrilled with the final product, so we'll provide an opportunity for you to review the film and request any necessary revisions before final delivery. Client Satisfaction and Feedback: Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we'll follow up with you after you've had a chance to watch your wedding film. We welcome your feedback and want to ensure that you're completely happy with the result. If there are any adjustments or changes you'd like to make, we'll work with you to make sure your wedding film is perfect. Future Opportunities and Referrals: We value the relationships we build with our clients and hope to be your go-to videographer for all your future milestones. If you're satisfied with our services, we'd love it if you would consider referring us to your friends and family who may be in need of wedding videography or other video services. This detailed process is designed to provide you with peace of mind and confidence that your wedding day will be captured and preserved in a way that exceeds your expectations. We're here to guide you every step of the way and ensure that your wedding film is a true reflection of your love story.
