My technician Lucas was really awesome super professional very courteous. Didnt try to sell me on anything I didn't need.5/5 would definitely use again.Garage door is working way better than before it broke!!!

I called this company Thursday morning. They told me they were booked until the following week. When I explained I could not put my door down, they asked me to hold to see if something could be worked out. They did work it out and 5 hours later they were working on my problem. Within an hour they fixed/replaced everything except the actual door. Very professional. Answered all questions. Replaced cheap parts (that they didnt have to) with superior parts and didnt charge me for them. Would definitely use them again.

Lucas came to my house on time and waited for me when I was late. He explained everything he was doing and gave me realistic expectations for the lifetime of my existing garagedoors. I am very pleased with Lucas and the service that he provided. He went above and beyond what I expected. The man is a veteran as well, so I certainly respect that as well.

At Don's Garage Doors, we offer great promotions, as well as Military, Veteran, and Teacher discounts. With Don's you will receive the best service, best parts, and the best warranty; and most importantly a friend in the garage door business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem. We will walk through each step and ensure the consumer has a great understanding of the situation and all options that are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors.
