I am elderly and my home got out of control. Heather was wonderful and helped me from top to bottom with my entire house. From sorting mail and old papers, eliminating expired food/medications, organizing my pantry and closets, arranging clothing so that I could easily get to what I needed, and creating areas that were easy for me to navigate and access. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scale of an individual project and what the Client is requesting. I do work with my Clients to come up with a plan to get the most out of my time and their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone conversation to discuss the project.
2. Schedule a free 30 min in-person or FaceTime consultation.
3. Provide Client with project options and estimate.
4. Schedule project date(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any specific training or certification in organizing or staging. It is something that comes naturally to me. I began to have an eye for providing solutions that increase home value through my work in real estate.
