We have had a great experience! Our roof was way overdue to be replaced (30 years old!) It looks amazing now and was finished the same day that it was started. We are so relieved to have the roof sound again and will definitely reach out in the future for other exterior projects.

We had a great experience with Tim after much frustration with our insurance company. Tim knew what to do to get the ball rolling, and he got done in 5 weeks what's it had taken us 5 months to work out. His team was happy and thorough, and our roof looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can provide some structured costs on some services but typically we price each job by the job and specific to it and the customers needs and wants. We offer fair and honest pricing with many ways to pay for our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact and communication to set up an in home meeting , than inspect and provide a free in home estimate and quote for the desire service or work needed. Followed up by a working schedule and deposit along with signed contract. Perform scheduled work and service to customers satisfaction than followed up by any inspections needed and final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years in the home improvement industry with 25 years of business ownership specializing in residential work from small to large jobs with both mechanical and construction specialties both interior and exterior in all aspects of the home and structure. Currently hold state and city licenses and have certifications in many areas with both on the job training and the classroom.
