Tom Richards was the first to respond to my request for an estimate, and he was straightforward about everything. I liked him immediately and Signed a contract. I went on vacation right after that and asked him to wait until I got back to hang the gutter. He was quick to correspond when I had questions and his crew did an excellent job. Great work!

TRICH Roofing & Services replaced all of the gutters on our house with new leaf guards as well. They were professional, responsive, and did great work! The owner, Tim, answered all of my never ending questions and I will likely hire them again for some roofing issues. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rich…sorry it has taken me a second to write this review. I am so happy and pleased with the way my “new” kitchen turned out. It looks more beautiful than t thought. Going from a drab looking kitchen with an ugly color counter top, with out of date tiles for a backsplash. To a modern looking kitchen with a beautiful counter top and brick backsplash. I have had nothing but compliments on my new kitchen. It didn't take long to take out the old kitchen and put in the new kitchen. The days he quoted me it would take to finish the job…they were finished ahead of schedule. I love the the way the brick backsplash looked I asked if he could brick more of my kitchen. He said no problem and the additional work was finished in less than a day. Mr. Rich’s workers were the most accommodating and respectful workers I have meet. I plan to do more improvements in my home and I plan to contact and use TRICH Services again. Thank you sir for the great job.

We can provide some structured costs on some services but typically we price each job by the job and specific to it and the customers needs and wants. We offer fair and honest pricing with many ways to pay for our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact and communication to set up an in home meeting , than inspect and provide a free in home estimate and quote for the desire service or work needed. Followed up by a working schedule and deposit along with signed contract. Perform scheduled work and service to customers satisfaction than followed up by any inspections needed and final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years in the home improvement industry with 25 years of business ownership specializing in residential work from small to large jobs with both mechanical and construction specialties both interior and exterior in all aspects of the home and structure. Currently hold state and city licenses and have certifications in many areas with both on the job training and the classroom.
