- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One flat price: $599 installed. That covers a new chair-height Glacier Bay toilet, a new seat, a new wax ring and supply line, the install, and haul-away of your old toilet. A second toilet on the same visit is $100 off. No trip fee and no disposal fee. If we find a damaged flange or a bad shutoff valve once the old toilet is off, we show you and quote the fix ($99 each) before doing anything. Moving or canceling is free more than 24 hours ahead; inside 24 hours it's $49.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pick a 2-hour arrival window (Monday to Saturday: 9 to 11, 12 to 2, or 3 to 5). We confirm with you before install day. On the day, we check the shutoff and the floor before removing anything, swap the toilet in about an hour, haul the old one away, and leave the bathroom cleaner than we found it.
