Our commitment to clean living goes beyond windows ad we try to help the Earth by using eco-friendly cleansers and as much recycled material as we can. We believe that without a mirror finish, we aren't finished!
The ability to put a smile on someone's face. You don't get too many chances in life to actually help a person. Something so little as a clean window doesn't seem like a very big deal, but you would surprised with the amounts of huge beaming smiles our customer's give to us. The difference from a clean, barely there window shining beautiful sunlight into a room that has been accepted to be dark and dingy is quite stunning. The fact that we get to assist our customers in reclaiming these rooms is the best part of what we do.

Hello,
My name is Laura Lucas and I am the Operations Assistant for H&R Block Columbus South District we have a total of 17 offices. My company had a need for a new window cleaning service, I started out like you would normally start looking for a new service, expesially when you don't have a buddy in the business. I jumped on the web and searched for providers. I must have called twenty-five different services. K & T Window Cleaning was one of three services that was willing to give true customer service to the client over the phone. Kris the owner was the individual that I actually spoke to. My company was in a rush, we had just found out our offices were opening the very next week. Kris had a willingness for the customer that was unmatchable. He was willing to discuss a reasonable rate, and he was willing to go off my estimates of the window size. I was off on the measurement for one or two and stopped to call, giving us an oppurtunity to discussed any changes in price before we had any issues. With in the first two weeks of Kris completing his runs, I had nine office leaders who actually stopped and took a moment to tell me how fabulous the new window cleaning company was. The Office leaders were impressed there grattitude for a multitude of reasons; he removed the window banners to clean, he wiped off the trim around the window, he was polite to our customers while they were waiting in the waiting room, he opened the door for a client as they walked out of our office, and the list goes on, etc.....

I used the company and found things very favorable. Specifically,
I was provided a written estimate. I was called ahead of time to let me know when to expect the job to begin. The quality of the work was very good, esp. cleaning screens and window sills.
Also, the extra service Khris provided in cleaning gutters was great. It's a nice additional service that is available.
