Introduction: Jessica Lewis is a new yoga teacher, forever a student. Her specialties in yoga are vinyasa and yin/restorative. Jessica found Pound as a low impact cardio workout when she was healing from an ankle/foot injury. Pound is very complementary to her yoga practice but adds the cardio element she wanted. Jessica teaches from a body positive, inclusive, accessible teaching methodology in both her yoga and Pound classes.

I have NEVER done Yoga before and honestly was terrified to start because I didn't want to look foolish. After a few sessions with Jessica, I LOVE yoga. She provided modifications to positions to help those who were new as well as modifications to the more advanced Yoga folks that could increase their abilities. She explained in detail where to feel/step/adjust each position which is greatly needed for a first time yoga-er like myself. Awesome music selection as well <3

Jessica is a great new yoga instructor in Central Ohio! She welcomes individuals to her classes at all levels of experience and demonstrates modifications when needed. She is a friendly, positive and motivating instructor. Her music choice also makes class fun!

Im a yoga newbie, and Jessica made me feel welcome and comfortable! She noticed where I was having trouble with certain poses, and smoothly gave me tips for adjusting while still maintaining the flow of the class. Great music too. I really enjoyed her instructing style and vibe.

Jessica is encouraging, offers plenty of modifications, and is attentive to all levels in the room. I felt comfortable doing what I could with a shoulder injury. Her direction is knowledgeable & precise, and her words inspired me to let go just for today. Jessica teaches with a warm, soothing tone with a touch of humor, so we arent taking ourselves too seriously....and makes you feel like you are enough just by being there. I enjoyed the stretching, felt challenged, and left feeling relaxed and renewed. Looking forward to more Just for Today classes!
