Introduction: I offer personal training that is personal, with experience. As a 52-year old, I train differently and more expertly than I did at 32. I understand more than just body mechanics and how to lose weight. I know the influence of ongoing debilitating pain that robs motivation to even desire exercise. I know that for change to happen, hope needs to be restored. I know that when pain is relieved and hope restored, then and only then can your goals become reality.
