- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing structure however each job is unique. Simply because each home over time has had modifications and alterations that make the home unique. When we come out we measure the area to be covered. During that review we look to ensure that the existing board is not damaged in any way by animals or weather. We then inspect the gutters soffit and fascia to ensure that all of these areas are clean and safe and will connect to the new siding without issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step in any engagement is to take the time to really understand what the customer wants. Once we understand their needs, wants, budget and timing we assemble that information and present them with quote(s) that align with their stated desires. We provide material and color choices, explain warranty information and work to ensure that the customer will be completely happy at the end of the project. Once customers decide to move forward we remove all the stress associated with working with local permit departments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience All crew members are certified vinyl siding installers from the vinyl siding institute in Washington DC. Every 24 months team members take refresher courses to learn more about the industry, new products and new techniques.
