FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the door, the issue, the parts required, and the scope of work. We inspect the system, explain the options, and provide a clear quote before work begins, including any applicable service fees. If a repair and a replacement are both reasonable choices, we will explain the tradeoffs so you can make a confident decision. We focus on quality parts and workmanship that hold up over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening to what the door is doing and learning what matters most to you. Then we inspect the door, springs, tracks, hardware, and opener as needed. We explain what we find, recommend the right options, and review pricing before starting. After the work, we test the door and opener, check safe operation, and walk you through the result. Our goal is clear communication from the first call through the final check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings years of hands-on garage door experience to repairs, spring systems, openers, and new door installations. That practical background guides our diagnosis, installation methods, and safety checks. Garage doors are heavy, high-tension systems, so we approach each job carefully and take the time to do it correctly.
