- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects in he home improvement industry are all different and need to be quoted on an individual basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can expect a return phone call or email within 24 hours, to acknowledge we have received their request and to learn more about their needs. In an effort to be respectful to the customer's time and busy schedule, we will attempt to do as much legwork as possible prior to the appointment. The goal is to keep the presentation of the proposal to 20-30 minutes as opposed to a long winded, two hour presentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very fortunate that our ownership and management team consists of roofing, siding and energy saving home improvement professionals, customer service professionals and marketing professionals. This gives our customers peace of mind that not only will the workmanship be of highest quality, but they will be treated with respect and not be misled by traditional marketing tactics.
